Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY
    • If the goods received or purchased are faulty* or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible (reply to your order email)
    • Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not accept return or exchange of goods that are on SALE or if you simply change your mind.
    • Return and Exchange of goods up to 14 days after purchase for faulty items only
    • Peony does not offer refunds (unless by prior arrangement) – exchange or gift card are offered.
    • Please follow any product instructions carefully, as we cannot replace items damaged by misuse.

    * Faulty products are deemed to have been manufactured incorrectly – this does not include products that have been used incorrectly   

  • All sales are final – NO RETURNS – NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES – please choose carefully.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your purchase for one of the same or greater value.
  • Please reuse the shipping box, packing materials and shipping satchel to return your goods securely.
  • If you wish to return product purchased online or in store via mail, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase postage insurance for high value items.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • A credit note will be raised for the value of your returned goods less the value of re postage of $15
  • We do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
  • Bonus Offers and gifts: Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers and samples are limited to one per customer and available while stocks last. If the purchased item is returned, the bonus/sample/gift must also be returned. All offers are subject to stock availability. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Gifts purchased for Christmas – as the store closes for most of January – gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until 14th  February
  • Gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag.
  • Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place.
  • Your gift receipt must be presented with the goods.
