At the heart of Mental Fitness is the Positive Intelligence platform.

Whether you’re an individual or a team, the journey begins with a 7-week foundation course delivered via the Positive Intelligence mobile or desktop app and supported by weekly coaching. This creates a strong baseline for personal and professional growth — combining daily practice with powerful insights and tools that apply to work, life and everything in between.

Organisations can then build on this foundation with additional content and ongoing coaching tailored to their unique goals — embedding mental fitness across leadership, performance, wellbeing and team dynamics over 3 to 12 months.
