How do you make people feel valued?

To me, value comes from two sources:

External – being shown we’re appreciated, recognised and rewarded by the outside world.

Internal – our ability to receive that acknowledgement, which can only be made possible if we value and appreciate ourselves. 

In this short video we explore different ways to express how much we value others, including deeply listening to them (and ourselves) and using the concept of Love Languages.
