In this group coaching session, I help two women with opposing anxieties around finding work, to move past their feelings of judgment to articulating and appreciating their unique strengths.
Jacqueline feels imposter syndrome, fearing her lack of experience will automatically disqualify her from her desired roles, whereas Rachel feels over-qualified and fears being written off as too expensive.
Together we look at what lies behind their beliefs, query the assumptions that support these beliefs, and articulate their professional and character strengths, so they can step into self-confidence, assertiveness, and self-trust.
